I. LOCATION AND SITE CONDITION:



1. Accessibility - The Office Space Building is located about within 27 km from the city proper of Cagayan de Oro City, accessible to public, police precinct, banking services, office supplies, printing, travel agency, drugstore, convenience store, fast-food and other essential services.



2. Proximity to nodes of transportation such as sea ports and airports - The office space building location must be within the range of ten (5) kilometers from sea port and about (25) kilometer from Laguindingan airport.



3. Topography and Drainage - The office space building location must be free from flooding and storm surge, fault lines and has a functioning drainage system.



4. Parking Space - There must be a secured parking space adjacent to the building that can accommodate at least five (5) four-wheeled motor vehicles at any given time for free.



5. Land classification, utilization and assessment - The office space building location should be fit for offices.



6. Perimeter Fence/barrier - The office space building must be bounded by a secured perimeter fence or protective barrier.



II. NEIGHBORHOOD DATA:



1. Traffic Condition - The entry and egress to office space building must not be hampered by the traffic condition in the neighborhood.



2. Sanitation and Health condition - The immediate neighborhood of the office space building should be generally clean and free from health hazards.



3. Police and fire station - There must be a presence of Police and fire stations within the five hundred (500) meter radius from the building neighborhood.



4. Security - The neighborhood must generally free from threats to security such as crime and insurgency, 24-hrs security services.



III. OFFICE SPACE BUILDING:



1. Structural condition - building structure must be in excellent condition with available space for RD`s office. Conference Room, Operation Monitoring Room, Administrative Room, Kitchen, Male and Female Restrooms, Staff quarter and Elevator.



2. Light and ventilation - Office space must have adequate light and ventilation separate CEPALCO electric meter and Generator set at least 50 KVA.



3. Facilities - The following office space building must be fully functional:



a. Water supply, own deep-well water system, Male and Female restroom

b. Lightning system

c. Fire escapes

d. Firefighting equipment



4. Space Requirement - The office space building must be at least Three (300) square meters.



5. Maintenance - The office space building must be well maintained.
