Description : The CITY OF MANDALUYONG, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers, manufacturer and distributor to bid for the hereunder project:

Contract Name : Lease of Managed Services of Upgraded CCTV and Unified Communication / IPBX System under a Multi Year Contract for Five Years

Approve Budget for the Contract (ABC) : Php 228, 000, 000.00

Prospective bidders shall meet the following major criteria : (a) Filipino citizen or 60% Filipino-owned partnership, corporation, cooperative, or joint venture, (b) completion of a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of ABC within a period of 2 years, and (c) Net Financial Contracting Capacity (NFCC) at least equal to ABC, or credit line commitment for at least 10% of ABC.
