Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is a service within the meaning of Art. 7 point 28 of the Public Procurement Law, consisting in the lease, launch and implementation of a brand new e-control kit in the Paid Parking Zone in Bydgoszcz along with the e-control management system and maintenance service all shared and activated hardware and system resources are constantly operational. The order will be processed in stages: 1) Stage I - Launch and implementation of the e-control kit with the e-control management system, hardware resources, 2) Stage II - Carrying out the acceptance procedure, 3) Stage III - training, 4) Stage IV - final acceptance after completion of Stages I, II and III, 5) Stage V - service, ongoing operation and maintenance of all available and launched hardware and system resources. 2. Apart from the basic scope of the order, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of using the option referred to in Art. 441 section 1 Pzp. Detailed information regarding the options is provided in point 5.1.1 of this announcement. 3.
