Lease of equipment and delivery of reagents and consumables necessary to perform tests in the Laboratory Diagnostics Department (LDDL): Analytical Laboratory (LA) The order includes the lease of equipment and the delivery of reagents and materials consumables necessary to perform tests in the field of biochemistry and immunochemistry, along with adapting the laboratory room and modernizing the structured cabling network and LPD within the Laboratory Diagnostics Department. Detailed description and scope the subject of the order includes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - Product and quantity list and draft agreements: Appendix No. 3 - Draft supply agreement, Appendix No. 4 - Draft lease agreement. The contractor is obliged to familiarize himself with the above-mentioned. documents before submission offer and to clarify any doubts by asking the SWZ before submitting the offer. This description should be read together with any changes to the content of the specification, e.g. as a result of responses to contractors' inquiries. 1. The order includes the lease of equipment and the supply of reagents and consumables necessary to perform research in the field of biochemistry and immunochemistry, together with the adaptation of the laboratory room and the modernization of the structured cabling network and LPD within the Laboratory Diagnostics Department. 2.
