STATEMENT OF WORK
SCOPE
Title: PNSY is seeking to lease a portable, 100% make-up, Environmental Control Unit (ECU) at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, ME (PNSY) to continuously provide dry and tempered process air for conditioning a single space within a 2-room structure used for industrial applications. The 2nd room in the structure will not be environmentally controlled however it will be positively ventilated from the controlled room ensuring the entire structure will meet the prescribed minimum air-changes per hour.
Location of Work: The structure and the ECU will both be located within the Controlled Industrial Area (CIA) at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.
