Tender Details

Leasing equipment for preparing medicines with a compatible range for UCK1. The subject of the order is: a. Delivery of an assortment compatible with the device for preparing and reconstituting medicines in accordance with the description contained in Annex 4 to the SWZ, incl. quantities and requirements specified in Appendix No. 3 to SWZ.b. Lease of devices for the preparation and reconstitution of drugs, 1 piece, in accordance with the description contained in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ (compatible with the range described in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ).2. The ordering party does not allows for the submission of partial offers. The Ordering Party will not divide the order into parts because such a division in these proceedings is pointless, as the ordered product must be compatible with the leased equipment, therefore the deliveries will be carried out by one Contractor will guarantee the fulfillment of this condition. Additionally, Art. 91 of the Public Procurement Act does not impose an absolute obligation to divide the order into parts, but it provides for the Ordering Party's right to divide the order, therefore it is not possible to formulate an objection illegality of such action due to the lack of a norm imposing an obligation to divide.
