Procedure Tender through the European public procedure in accordance with the (amended) Public Procurement Act 2012. Client The client for this tender is the Municipality of Breda. For more information about the Municipality of Breda, please refer to the website from the municipality: Introduction The assignment concerns: the acquisition of two fully electric management vehicles on the basis of Full Operational Lease. The vehicles are used for business trips by the members of the Mayor and Aldermen, who are transported by permanent, municipal management drivers. During these journeys, work is often done, including on a laptop and/or a tablet, and telephone or digital consultations take place regularly. A comfortable, quiet and ergonomic work and travel environment is therefore essential. The current vehicles, two hybrid passenger cars in the D segment (BMW 5 series), no longer meet the wishes and requirements of users. In particular the limited legroom in the back, the low/tight entry and the limited opportunities to sit comfortably during longer journeys lead to complaints and inefficient use of travel time. In addition, the vehicles no longer match the municipal sustainability policy and the desire for a fully electric fleet. For the new vehicles, careful consideration has been given to which type and segment of car are eligible. This has led to the requirement for vehicles from the traditional top class sedan segment (Fsegment) or the nowadays increasingly common top class SUV segment (Msegment). Description of Assignment The assignment concerns the conclusion of an agreement for the supply and operation of two fully electric executive vehicles on the basis of Full Operational Lease (FOL). The vehicles must meet all requirements requirements as described in the Schedule of Requirements.
