Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the lease of 5 DIFF hematology analyzers (2 pcs.) along with the successive delivery of reagents, consumables and control blood for the above-mentioned analyzers to the Regional Center for Blood Donation and Blood Treatment in Łódź. Detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annexes No. 2 and 8 to SWZ.2. Delivery of the subject of the order to the Regional Center for Blood Donation and Blood Treatment in Łódź (located at ul. Franciszkaska 17/25, 91-433 d) will be carried out at the expense and risk of the Contractor.3. The conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order are set out in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ (Designed provisions of the contract).
