The assignment for lots 1 to 4 concerns the supply and access of the learning resources described in paragraph 2.4 to Pieter Zandt's internal learning resources fund in accordance with the Programs of Requirements (Appendix 1a and 1b). Pieter Zandt has one internal educational resources fund for all locations. The central delivery point is the location in Kampen, from where Pieter Zandt manages the internal educational resources fund himself. The contract to be tendered concerns learning materials (with the exception of own methods, open content, Neon content and learning materials not to be supplied by the tenderer), which are provided by Pieter Zandt for students. be made mandatory.
