Project Title: Learning Experience Platform
I. Rationale
In response to the accelerated shift towards digital learning brought about by advancements in technology, the shift to hybrid work arrangements and changes in the composition of the workforce, the Board of Investments recognizes the imperative to modernize its learning and development (L&D) systems. E-learning has emerged as a strategic solution that addresses safety concerns, enhances logistical efficiency, and supports the delivery of scalable training to geographically dispersed personnel. To remain adaptive in this evolving landscape, the Human Resource Development Division (HRDD) aims to complement its Learning Management System (LMS) with a Learning Experience Platform (LxP), providing flexible, on-the-go access to competency-based modules covering both behavioral and technical topics.
This initiative is also aligned with the requirements of the Civil Service Commission-s Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM), particularly in strengthening the Learning and Development pillar. ...
