Description

This is a sources sought notice prepared in accordance with the solicitation format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

The Division of Acquisition Policy (DAP) at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Indian Health Service (IHS) wants to identify businesses that can provide the IHS Office of Quality, Division of Innovation and Improvement (DII) with services outlined in section (vi) below.

*All qualified and interested vendors may submit a response. Responses are not limited to Buy Indian vendors.

(ii) The solicitation number 75H70425R00013 is being issued as a Sources Sought Notice.(iii) A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04.(iv) Pending sufficient industry responses, the Government intends to issue a combined synopsis/solicitation RFP following the closure of this sources sought notice. The NAICS code for the requirement is 611430, Professional and Management Development Training, with a small business size standard of $15.0M.

(vi) IHS seeks professional assistance with the following services requirement: Lean Sis Sigma Training Program and Support Services.

*Associated Performance Work Statement is attached.

*Please ignore the specification of Rockville, MD as the Place of Performance. Any location within the USA is acceptable. SAM now requires a selection for the City and State.
