Karkkila's education management team consists of 11 people, consisting of a director of education, a head of early childhood education, two kindergarten directors, a headmaster/high school headmaster, three headmasters of basic education, head of sports and youth, director of the library and the headmaster of the labor college. The training should combine goal-oriented management with people management, interaction and well-being at work related factors. The purpose is to strengthen the leadership culture of the management team, the work of supervisors and the ability to act in a unified manner and to put the agreed policies into practice throughout the entire educational activity. The key contents of the training can be, for example:- supervisors supporting one's resilience and work ability in demanding management work - building a communal and inclusive operating culture - strengthening emotional and interaction skills in a challenging operating environment - strength-based management (own and staff identifying strengths and leading with them)- enabling the success of personnel and strengthening motivation- concretizing the city strategy into everyday activities- leading in an economically uncertain and stressful situation- educational activity creating a common management vision and strengthening common operating methods Coaching should be based on research and experience-based knowledge and utilize inclusive and practical methods.
