Leadership Development Program - Invitation to Digital Supplier Conference

The Environment Directorate will deliver efficiently and well on the social mission and handle today's and future challenges. As part of this, we want to strengthen our 60 leaders - both individually and as a team. We therefore want a comprehensive leadership development program that helps our leaders handle ever -increasing demands and expectations and to exercise good management in line with the state's five leadership expectations and the Directorate's needs. We invite you to a digital supplier conference on September 18, where we will present our needs related to the leadership development program and provide room for questions from suppliers. See enclosed dialogue for information on registration. After the Supplier Conference, we want to conduct one-to-one meetings with suppliers to get input on an appropriate organization and a management development program that meets our needs. Primarily, we are interested in hearing about how the suppliers will design, implement and follow up such a program and what requirements should be set for suppliers.
