These projects are to complete building wide hazardous materials assessments to determine the presence and location (if any) of lead containing paints/surface coatings. The assessments are to facilitate future maintenance work, including minor repairs, without the need for additional assessments. These projects are required to develop a site specific sampling strategy using existing hazardous materials reports, completing the sampling and inspection on-site, and issue a final report. The final reports shall include at minimum a detailed description of results, sampling procedures, recommendations, use, and limitations.
