The framework agreement is “composite”. It includes an “ordinary market” part on DPGF and a “framework agreement with purchase orders” part on BPU, the maximum amount of which for these services to BC is set at 200, 000 Euros excluding tax for the duration. total market value (no minimum threshold); the value estimated here corresponds only to this maximum threshold. The purpose of the contract is to optimize, secure and upgrade technically the Flood Protection works integrated into the Containment System (SE) of the Vistre and the Rhôny in the commune of Le Cailar, by integrating the flood protection of the Vidourle as a "second-tier dike". This market corresponds to action 7.4-2 of PAPI 3 Vistre 2022-2028.
