LDPE BAGS AND SACKS


Description of the contract: The subject of the contract is to ensure continuous deliveries of LDPE bags and sacks (hereinafter collectively referred to as "goods") according to the needs of the contracting authority in various colors, thicknesses and sizes specified in accordance with the technical specification, which form Annex No. 5 to this ZD, for a period of 36 months from the entry into force of the framework agreement on supplies of goods concluded with one selected supplier pursuant to the provisions of § 131 et seq. c. 3 ZD (hereinafter referred to as the "contract"). The purpose of this public contract awarded in an open over-limit procedure according to § 56 ZZVZ is to select the most advantageous offer from a qualified participant to conclude a contract for the supply of goods required by the contracting authority.
