1. The LEGAZPI CITY WATER DISTRICT, through the 2024 Corporate Budget for the contract approved by the Governing Board intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php400, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for LCWD-2024-006 Solenoid Dosing Pump (Re-Bid) (Supply and delivery of 1 lot - Solenoid Dosing Pump). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The payment terms shall be within thirty (30) calendar days from date of complete delivery and acceptance.

2. The LEGAZPI CITY WATER DISTRICT now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required on or before May 30, 2024.
