There are no additional changes to the solicitation and there are no changes to the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Could you please advise whether these certifications are mandatory requirements for award and performance, or whether contractors may propose personnel or subcontractors with equivalent roofing maintenance experience and qualifications?
Yes, GAF Certification is Mandatory! Roof warranty is voided if not GAF Certified.
Would you be able to provide the incumbent contractor information and, if available, the current contract value for this requirement? No, there is no current contractor performing these services.
I noticed something in solicitation that I want to bring to your attention. The prohibitive requirement of Platinum GAF Certification, and here is the reason why. Platinum Certification is only given to companies that have done 100, 000 sqft of GAF Roofing projects consecutively for two years. This certification is mostly held by large businesses, where as I am GAF Gold Elite certified contractor - one level below the Platinum. As a Gold Elite I can do everything Platinum certified holder can, including 25-year warranties.
GAF Certification Required GAF level not specified however, must have a valid GAF Certification.
Could you advise how would you like for your proposal to be submitted?
