The Act provides for the sale of public land in Lincoln County, NV, with the sale proceeds available, in part, for archaeological studies within Lincoln County. These proceeds are used to fund quotes to deal with aspects of the inventory, evaluation, protection, and management of unique archaeological resources in Lincoln County, NV.
