KITS FOR THE LSF-II REPUBLIC OF KOREA NAVY LANDING CRAFT AIR
CUSHION (LCAC) FOREIGN MILITARY SALES (FMS) CASE KS-P-GSA

Identification of the agency and the contracting activity, and specific identification of the document as a “Sole Source Justification.”
This is a sole source justification. Contracting activity is the Naval Sea Systems Command,
Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), 110 Vernon Avenue,
Panama City, FL 32407-7001 (Contracts Department Code 02).
Nature and/or description of the action being approved.
This action will award a firm fixed price purchase order, on a sole source basis, to Silver Engineering, INC. (SEI) 255 East Drive, Suite A, Melbourne, FL 32904, for the acquisition of Breakout Box (BOB) Kits for the Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC), Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Navigation (C4N) Systems Baseline Configuration Four (SBC4). This system is part of the FMS case KS-P- GSA. The Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA) is in the process of building four (4) LSF-II craft configured with SBC4. The items being purchased are being provided under FMS case KS-P-GSA to DAPA for integration with LSF-II craft under construction.
