LC-MS/MS columns for Helse Bergen HF The purpose of the acquisition is to acquire columns for use for LC-MS/MS analysis of urine, blood and saliva. Offers are wanted for the following columns: 1. Pursuit 3 C18 100 x 4.6mm 3 µm 2. Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 4.6x50mm 1.8µm 400 bar 3. Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18, 3.0x50mm, 1.8µm 600bar 4. Zorbax Eclipse Plus C18 RRHD, 2.1 x 50 mm, 1.8 µm 5. InfinityLab Poroshell 120 Chiral-V, 2.7 µm, 2.1 x 150 mm The columns are to be used for the routine determination of protoporphyrin IX in erythrocytes (1), porphyrins in faeces, plasma and urine (2), MMA (3), steroid hormones in serum (4) and chiral separation of amphetamine in saliva and urine (5). Other applications and sample matrices may arise. Sometimes the columns are also used for research analyses, i.e. determination of substances in serum, plasma, urine and/or spinal fluid A framework agreement must be entered into for the purchase of columns. We refer to Appendix 1 - Price form for estimated volume. Stated consumption/scope is an estimate for information to the provider, and is not binding for future contract volume. If different packaging sizes can be offered (e.g. packaging with 3 pieces), the Client wishes to receive an offer for the packaging size that will give the lowest unit price.
