Laundry services for chef clothes at Kristiansund vgs
1. Background and current situation Department of restaurant and food studies at Kristiansund secondary school has a need for laundry services related to chef's clothes that are used by students, teachers and assistants in daily teaching. The scope is estimated 46 people who must have access to clean clothes divided between 40 pupils, 4 teachers and 2 assistants. Today's solution means that the students themselves are responsible for washing their own clothes between kitchen sessions. This results in varying follow-up, lack of access to clean clothes and too little overview. The school therefore has needs for a more uniform and reliable system that ensures clean chef's clothes for each teaching session. 2. Description of the delivery needs The school wants a simple and flexible laundry service, with collection and delivery at the school and a fixed drop-off point at the department for restaurants and food subjects. The service must could be organized according to fixed teaching days, so that clean clothes are available for each kitchen session.
