Description : Bids received in excess of the ABC for each project shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



Bidders should have completed a similar project within three (3) years from the date of bidding.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009 (RA 12009), otherwise known as “The New Government Procurement Act.”



Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.



A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders from the Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat upon payment of a non-refundable fee (“Fee”) based on the standard rates set by the GPPB Resolution No. 04-2012.
