Name of the contract: "Entrepreneurial framework contract for the provision of laundry services for the Budapest Spa and Hévize Private Limited Liability Company" (Framework Contract) Type of procedure: Approx. Second part, open public procurement procedure according to § 81 (Public Procurement Procedure). The tenderer (Tenderer or CA or Ordering Party) records that the requirements related to the subject of the public procurement (Services) and the ad hoc orders that can be sent out by the CA based on the Framework Agreement (Ad hoc Order) fully in the public procurement documents, especially the tender documentation III. are defined in the technical description (Technical Description) forming the volume. The Framework Agreement to be concluded is valid for 18 months from the date of its signature. Based on the Framework Agreement, the winning tenderer must provide the laundry Services specified in detail in the Technical Description (AT or Bidder or Contractor) according to the Occasional Orders of the Bidder.
