Products or services: Maintenance or repair of plumbing and gas systems 1.- The Maritime Government of Iquique, hereinafter the “GOVERNMENT”, calls for Public Tender to contract the “Implementation of laundry for the Captaincy of Puerto de Patache", whose Technical Specifications are detailed in Letter Bidders participating in this Proposal will be obliged to comply with the requirements detailed in the gifts Bases, Technical Specifications and other constituent documents thereof, as well as the applicable legislation and regulations in force. 3.- The legal and regulatory rules, as well as the documents that will govern this Proposal, are the following, without prejudice to the other regulations in force: a.- Law NO 19, 886 and its Regulations. b.- Resolution approving the Tender Bases and Annexes. c.- Responses, clarifications and modifications to the Bases, if any. d.- Award Resolution. e.- Resolution approving the contract, contract and purchase order that is signed or issued at the time.
