GENERAL INFORMATION
The work comprises the furnishing of all labour, material, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision to provide laundry and dry-cleaning services in support of the Canadian Coast Guard College located at 1190 Westmount Rd, Sydney, Nova Scotia.
SCOPE OF WORK
The vendor shall perform the work in accordance with this document and all attached Appendices.
All laundry and dry cleaning services are to be performed in accordance with the current
industrial standards for dry cleaning and laundry work established by any national or provincial
standards organization. The vendor is to supply all applicable industrial standards for laundry
and dry cleaning work. Where no such standard exists, the laundry and dry cleaning services are
to be performed as follows and in accordance with:
A)Any affixed care label attached to a garment
B)Specific requirements as detailed throughout this solicitation document;
C)All laundry and dry cleaning items are to be folded unless otherwise directed
REQUIREMENTS
Routine requirements - All required goods and services shall be delivered and rendered within two working days upon receipt of a request for delivery made by telephone, email, or facsimile.
