The subject of the order is the launch of e-services, software implementation and the delivery of the necessary equipment for the City of Puławy for the needs of the implemented project entitled: "Development of electronic public services in the MOF of the City of Puławy".
91(1) of the Public Procurement Law allows possibility of submitting partial offers divided into two parts as follows:
1)Part I - Implementation of software for the launch of e-services along with the delivery of the necessary equipment, which includes the following order elements:
a.Modernization of domain systems and their integration with e-services portal and document circulation - Puławy.
b.Implementation of the e-Recruitment system with integration for 9 schools - Puławy.
c.Implementation of an electronic document circulation system - EZD RP at the Puławy Municipal Office.
d.Implementation of an electronic system in subordinate units (within the infrastructure of the City Hall). document circulation EZD RP.
e.Implementation of the GIS system along with feeding the City with geospatial data and launching e-services.
f. Digitization of plans - migration, adaptation.
g.Creation of a common ZIT portal.
h. Delivery of the necessary server hardware and software: 2 pcs. servers, 2 pcs. arrays disk drives, 2 FC switches, 1 virtualization software, 1 copy software.
2)Part II - Delivery of the necessary office equipment and software for end users, which includes the following order elements: 16 pcs. reading room...
