SOLICITATION FOR COMMERICAL ITEMS
DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND intends to procure, LASER TRACKER KIT, manufactured in accordance with material specifications and to be provided and delivered in accordance with all attached document(s) here within. The solicitation will be issued using commercial and simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5.
The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for FOB Destination delivery to:

Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments and return the entire completed RFQ solicitation package prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
