Synopsis:
This is a solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is issued separately.
Description: The United States section of the International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC), Las Cruces Facility (LCF), located at 504 S. Miranda Street, Las Cruces, NM 88005, requires the disposal of stockpiled sediment material along the banks of the Rio Grande channel and within the USIBWC-s Rio Grande Canalization Project (RGCP), as described in the PWS.
Refer to the attached PWS for description of the requirement to include but limited to; experience, licenses, insurance, equipment, personnel, and management.
This solicitation document and its incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 March 13, 2026.

This is a 100% Small business Set Aside.
