The applicant requests to excavate a trench from Wiseman Creek Bridge to the Koyukuk River to create a channel 15' wide, 3' deep and 265' long. Excavated material would be piled up along the Southern embankment. Material travels down Wiseman Creek and is deposited where the creek meets the river.
