The project involves the select renovation / rehabilitation of 68 public housing apartments and community room. Interior includes new kitchens, added private unit bathrooms and kitchens to units, replacement of existing gas heating system to new electric heat/cooling in units, converting existing community rooms to new unit and laundry rooms, converting existing laundry rooms to storage rooms, and adding mobility units.
