This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Supply and Delivery of a Large-Volume Commercial Scanner, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to procure a large-volume commercial scanner with capture software capable of digitizing Large-Volumes of documents and objects in various mediums, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and reliable digital conversion to support the City-s digital transformation.
The City will not be accepting an option for lease equipment.
The scanner will be delivered to St. Albert Place 5 St. Anne Street, St. Albert, AB T8N 3Z9.
