This four -year market, aims to acquire large kitchen equipment for the three rest and care houses from the CPAS de Verviers. These have a total of 505 beds distributed as follows:
- Saint-Joseph residence, Chaussee de Heusy 77 to 4800 Verviers: 200 beds,
- Residence La Lainiere, rue de Heusy 95 at 4800 Verviers: 155 beds,
- Residence La Barcarolle, avenue Jean Lambert 99 at 4801 Stembert: 150 beds.
Each Product proposed must be compatible with the existing. Any proposal not being compatible with the existing will be considered as substantially irregular.
The quantities repeated in this market are provided for a purely indicative basis, thus the suppliers will not be entitled to any compensation if these quantities were not reached.
For each lot, Any offer that does not offer 100% of the products taken up in the inventory will be eliminated.
Any offer does not correspond to the minimum with the description of this special specifications of the charges will be considered substantially irregular.
The market may be terminated under legal conditions specified to the point "failure of execution and sanction".
