The procurement services of the City of Turku's corporate administration is requesting offers for large kitchen appliances to be purchased for the use of Kaarea Oy and the municipalities of Kaarina, Lieto, Loimaa, Naantali, Paimio, Raisio and Turku as well as Koski tl, Masku, Mynamaki, Rusko, Sauvo and Vehmaa for the period 1 February 2024 (target) - 31.1.1.2026, after which the contracts can be extended by the Customer's decision on the original terms for two (2) years for the period from 1.2.2026 to 31.1.2028 (Option). The option is about the Customer's right, not obligation.
The procurement is divided into ten (10) sub-areas:
Sub-area 1 Pre-manufacturing equipment
Sub-area 2Cooking equipment
Part area 3 Ovens, stoves, frying pans
Part area 4 Refrigeration equipment
Part area 5 Distribution furniture (neutral, cold and warm), kitchen trolleys, serving trolleys
Part area 6 Coffee making equipment
Part area 7 Dishwashing
Part area 8 Grain washing machines
Sub-area 9 Centralized distribution heat-controlled ruoka transport and serving trolley and dock (Only Kaarea Oy)
Sub-area 10 Basket-carriage dishwashers
A framework contract for procurement is made in sub-area 2 Cooking equipment and in sub-area 7 dishwashing with one (1) Supplier, for which two (2) alternate suppliers will be selected. Framework agreements are made in other areasimus with one (1) Supplier, for whom one (1) alternate supplier is selected.
The alternate supplier / alternate suppliers will be used in order of preference, if the delivery capacity of the primary supplier is not sufficient or its supply does not meet the procurement need.
