the it landscape of swissgrid consists of different software applications, for which software purchase, software rental (subscription) and software maintenance fees are required. The aim of this call for tender is to find a large account reseller partner who, on the one hand, can offer the existing shopping cart to standard software licenses and related maintenance serviceson the other hand, swissgrid can provide advice on continuous license optimization. At the same time, this partner is to take over the existing microsoft contracts as official reseller and support them in the forthcoming microsoft negotiations. Swissgrid is to select a large-account reseller for the maintenance process of maintenance servicesn and the procurement of new licenses and increase efficiency. 2.7 place of service provision all services are to be provided in separate premises of the contracting party (off-site) and after prior agreement in aarau or at other locations swissgrid (on-site). 2.8 duration of the contract, the framework agreement orhe of the dynamic purchasing system start: 01.10.2019, end: 30.09.2024 this order can be extended: no. 2.9 options yes description of options: for this call, a distinction is made between the licenses / license maintenance that must be offered and the licenses / license maintenance that can be offered. The procurement volumes stated in the tender refer to previous empirical values and may differ considerably from the actual volumes. The provider undertakes to deliver surplus and shortfall quantities against the estimated need. Swissgrid reserves itself, further, todate of the call for tenders not yet known to obtain licenses from the successful tenderer. 2.10 award criteria price weighting 60% provider presentation weighting 15% quality and volume of offered reseller services weighting 10% number manufacturer of the optional licenses from which the provider can offer the licenses weighting 10% reservations tocontract weighting 3% readability and structure of the offer weighting 2% definitions: details and evaluation methodology according to the tender documents. The costs for the existing microsoft licenses are not included in the evaluation because contracts exist until 2021. Due to the planned transfer of microsoft contracts to the successful tenderer, will beswissgrid internal assumptions on the microsoft costs within the contract period with the successful tenderer in the aggregate and calculated accordingly with the award decision published. The price for the optional “optional licenses“ is also not included in the evaluation to ensure comparability between all providers. The offeredhowever, these licenses may be included in the award amount.
