Lapland's welfare area has tendered the contract Car leasing services 2024 2026 (2028). On the basis of the framework arrangement, 10 car-specific lease agreements have been concluded during the third quarter of 2025. Section 9, 2 of the Act on environmental and energy efficiency requirements for vehicle and transport service procurement the regional minimum share referred to in subsection 6 of the Act for environmentally friendly and energy-efficient passenger cars and light commercial vehicles in the welfare area of Lapland is 20%. Of the cars ordered during the third quarter of 2025 listed in this post-announcement 2/10 (20%) are legally defined clean vehicles. More clean cars will be delivered in the last quarter of 2025.
