The subject of the performance of the public contract within this procurement procedure is the supply of a laparoscopic tower for surgery, including the complete installation of the supplied equipment, as well as the commissioning of the equipment. The device must be new, not refurbished, unused, must not be production date older than 12 months before its delivery and must meet all technical parameters as detailed in the tender documentation (hereinafter referred to as "ZD").
