Tender Details

Language services - plain language, word processing and automatic translation The purpose of the procurement is to conclude a framework agreement on language services for NVE with a supplier. The agreement must cover the need for plain language assistance (incl. courses/training), writing workshops, text processing/proofreading/language editing, script work and translations (among other things into Nynorsk, Northern Sami and English). The supplier can also offer digital tools that support the delivery, including automated translation/proofreading and related assistance language data and development of AI services. We estimate that the total billable amount will not exceed NOK 6 million within the two (2) year contract period, but this does not imply any commitment to a minimum amount. The agreement is valid for two (2) years from the date of signature. The client has the right to extend the agreement with the same conditions twice by one (1) + one (1) year.
