The City of Pau has been designated by agreement as coordinator of the group of orders for the preparation, placing and notification of the framework agreement, the members of which are the City of Pau (VDP), the Pau-Béarn-Pyrénées Urban Community (CAPBP), the City of Lescar and the Syndicat Mixte Pau Béarn Pyrénées Mobilité (SMPBPM). The start date of the services indicated in the duration section is provisional. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from its date of notification. The framework agreement without minimum and with maximum is concluded in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 to 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders for amounts less than or equal to 40, 000 euro(s) excluding tax and the conclusion of subsequent contracts for those exceeding 40, 000 euro(s) excluding tax. The amount of benefits for the initial period is defined as follows for the initial period: for the VDP: no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 1, 500, 000 euro(s) excluding tax/year for the CAPBP: no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 1, 500, 000 euro(s) excluding tax/year for the SMPBPM: no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 1, 500, 000 euro(s) excluding tax/year for the City of Lescar: no minimum amount and one maximum amount of 400, 000 euro(s) excluding tax/year The amounts will be identical for each renewal period
