The area responsible for environmental protection of the city of Tornio tenders the landscaping works of the soil extraction area in the sand extraction area in Korkeamaa, on the farms Ristiharju 851-424-15-31 and Tarha 851-424-15-33. The procurement is for the aforementioned sand extraction area Landscaping measures, which includes:* mechanical slope of the intake area to 1:3 slopes and* seedling planting work on an area of 1.1 hectares. The area to be planted is about 1.1 hectares, where there are fewer edges to slope. Read the attachment carefully to the map (see section "Appendices and links" Appendix 1.) The environmental inspector of the environmental protection of the city of Tornio, acting as the client of the landscaping work, gives more detailed instructions regarding the landscaping work. When submitting an offer, the offeror undertakes to comply with the instructions given by the Customer instructions and regulations. The landscaping mechanical work must be completed by June 30, 2026, and the seedling planting work must be completed by September 30, 2026. There are nesting sites of an endangered species in the area, so these sites must be left out of the landscaping work, and for this reason the Client following the instructions is particularly important. Landscaping must not hinder the nesting of endangered species. The contractor selected as supplier must have an environmental inspection by an environmental inspector before starting work.
