British Columbia Institute of Technology invites Proponents to engage with BCIT in a flexible procurement process (Negotiated Request for Proposal) for provision of landscaping services. Reference Appendix A - The Deliverables. The contract will be for a period of three (3) years with two (2) one-year options for renewal. Proponents will need to provide pricing based on the Canadian Society of Landscape Architects Association-s most current Canadian Landscape Standards Service Levels 1, 2 and 3 for each of the three years for the Burnaby Campus, Student Housing located at the Burnaby Campus, Centre for Applied Research and Innovation Campus, Annacis Island Campus, Richmond Aerospace Technology Campus, and North Vancouver Marine Campus.
