However, Each Landscape Project Should be Quoted Separately and will be Considered on an Individual Basis. 1.1 Scope of Work Item 1 Retaining Wall - Skateboard Park, 724 7Th Avenue Design and Supply the Required Materials and Labour to Construct and Install a Retaining Wall. Proposals Should Include the Following Components at a Minimum: ? Removal and Disposal of Existing Wall. ? All Materials, Labour, Hardware, Travel, Equipment, Rental Equipment, and Other Ancillary Costs Required to Construct the Retaining Wall will be Considered Included in the Submitted Pricing. ? Supply, Deliver and Install Approximately 100 of Can-Rock Wall to Match Existing. ? Supply, Deliver and Install 100 of Galvanized Handrail on Top of Wall. ? Clean up of Work Areas Upon Completion of Work. ? Completion of Work is to be Scheduled in Consultation with the Manager of Parks and Recreation Facilities. Ideally, Work Would be Completed Prior to June 30, 2018. Item 2 Armour Stone - Hanover Park, 724 7Th Avenue to Supply the Required Materials and Labour to Install Armour Stone on the South Side of the Lower Driveway from the Pavilion to the River. Proposals Should Include the Following Components at a Minimum: ? All Materials, Labour, Hardware, Travel, Equipment, Rental Equipment, and Other Ancillary Costs Required to Install the Armour Stone will be Considered Included in the Submitted Pricing. ?
