Description : 1.The Local Government Unit of Magsaysay, Occidental Mindoro, through the 2026 Annual Budget approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos Only (P 2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Landscaping of Municipal Plaza Compund (Phase II) in Barangay Poblacion, Magsaysay, Occidental Mindoro with contract identification number of ITB-2026-029. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Local Government Unit of Magsaysay, Occidental Mindoro now invites bids for landscaping of Municipal Plaza Compound (Senior Citizen-s Park) in Barangay Poblacion, Magsaysay, Occidental Mindoro. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred (100) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
