Landscape maintenance professional to maintain three City properties along Riverside Drive. approx 2.2 acres, that will require mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding, mulching and irrigation inspection, 140 Riverside (grass lot), approximately, 0.7 acres that will require mowing and edging, and 224 Riverside (grass lot), approximately .5 acres, which will also require mowing and edging.



Notes: There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting for this project at 10:00 am on Monday, September 12. Only bidders who attend this meeting will be eligible to receive bid documents. The meeting will be held in the Workshop Conference Room, located in City Hall, 1065 Ridgewood Avenue, Holly Hill, Florida 32117. There will also be a mandatory site visit held directly following the pre-bid meeting. Additional site visits will be made available upon request.
