The Consultant-s role shall focus on establishing a comprehensive public realm and open space framework necessary to enable the redevelopment concept, support walkability and connectivity, enhance site character, and contribute to the creation of a complete community that aligns with the Agency-s strategic objectives and affordable housing goals
