Description : Project Overview
This project involves the fabrication and installation of a permanent, high-visibility boundary signpost to clearly demarcate the geographical limits of the Barangay. The structure will serve as an official landmark, improving local navigation, identity, and governance boundaries. This also includes the repair of one concrete signpost.
Scope of Work
1. Pre-Construction
Conduct site surveys to locate exact boundary lines.
Secure necessary local government permits and clearances.
Clear vegetation and debris from the installation site.
2. Fabrication
Source heavy-duty, weather-resistant Tubular galvanized iron (GI) .
Cut, weld, and assemble the metal frame according to approved blueprints.
Apply anti-corrosive primer and high-visibility reflective automotive paint.
Fabricate the signage panel using aluminum sheet with reflective vinyl lettering.
3. Civil Works & Installation
Excavate a concrete footing pit at the designated coordinates.
Erect the steel signpost structure, ensuring precise vertical alignment.
Pour a high-strength concrete mixture (Class A) to anchor the base.
