Canada mortgage and housing corporation (cmhc) wishes to enter into an agreement with a vendor to provide landlord representation and commercial brokerage services for various leasable spaces on granville island. The vendor will be expected to have a detailed understanding of current market rates, conditions, and opportunities, including potential tenants and developers suitable for current vacancies. The vendor will also provide marketing strategies, modelling/forecasting, and other consultation services.
the vendor will bring forward suitable tenants to available vacancies on granville island, as assigned by cmhc, and assist cmhc in negotiating tenancy agreements and implementation plans.
the anticipated initial term of the agreement is for three (3) years with one optional renewal period not to exceed two (2) years, for a cumulative total of up to five (5) years.
bids must be received at the location specified in the rfp document on or before the submission deadline of 11:00 am, pst, on february 25, 2020.
