BACKGROUND The procurement refers to the procurement of design, implementation and lease agreements that will satisfy the Police Authority's needs for landlords and builders for remodeling, additions or new construction of a police station and seizure premises in Helsingborg. Tasks in this project consist of, for the Police Authority: • Act as landlord and long-term manage the police station and the seizure premises in Helsingborg. • Carry out procurement of/contract projectors. • In collaboration with the Police Authority, project remodeling, additions or new construction. • Carry out procurement of/contract construction contractor. • Be the developer during the contract period and be responsible for all permits including detailed planning issues, building permit documents and take care of the building permit process. All of the above must take place in consultation and close cooperation with the Police Authority. NEW POLICE HOUSE AND SEIZURE PREMISES IN HELSINGBORG The buildings are estimated to comprise a total of approx. 45, 000 sq m LOA, divided into approx. 25, 000 sq m LOA for the police station and approx. 20, 000 sq m LOA for the seized premises.
