This regional landfill accepts construction and demolition debris (C&D), bulky wastes as defined by the Connecticut Department of Energy & Environmental Protection (DEEP), oversized municipal solid waste (OMSW) items such as furniture and rugs which cannot be managed at resource recovery facilities, and approved special wastes for onsite disposal.
