LEGAL DESCRIPTION:Approximately seven acres of state-owned tide and submerged land in SW1/4 NW1/4 Section 35, Township 56 South, Range 79 East, Copper River Meridian. REQUESTED ACTIVITY:Cascade Towing Inc (applicant) is requesting renewal of a five-year Land Use Permit for the year-around moorage of a commercial-use mooring buoy. The buoy is secured to the submerged land by one 5000-pound star anchor and is used to moor primarily unoccupied barges.
